We invite you to the opening of the exhibition “Kako veš? | How do you Know? | Miből tudod?”, a joint work by an international trio of authors, originating from distinctly different expressive traditions of sound, text, and visual. At first glance, the exhibition title implying epistemological investigation, actually hides an almost opposite approach. The method used does not rely on the logical part of consciousness, but allows an intuitive understanding of the whole exhibition as a process of creation. How do you know, then, as an intuitive, not an analytical question.
The exhibition, which the authors understand as a single joint work, is not organized around a concept, but around sensibility. The combination of installation and site-specific projections (Zsuzsanna Szegedi-Varga), sound art (Colin Black) and linguistic expression (Jaka Železnikar) addresses the visitor on an intuitive level and invites them into rich dynamics of artistic mediation of meaning, media and their combinations.
